Document Types
Invoice
Document that details all the elements involved in the band database (merchant details, customer details, products/services to be transacted, VAT rates, amounts). This must always be issued, even if not requested by the customer.
Receipt
It proves that the customer paid in full for the product/service purchased and that the merchant received it.
Invoice-receipt
It combines the two above mentioned documents into one document. Find out more .
Simplified Invoice
It is similar to the old receipt or cash sale. It can only be issued if the company/transaction meets one of the following requirements:
Sale of goods by retailers/street vendors to a final consumer, not subject to VAT;
The total amount of the transaction for a good cannot exceed €1,000.00;
The total amount for the provision of a service may not exceed €100.
Shipping Guide
It must be issued whenever goods are sent or transported or services are provided (logistics document).
Transport Guide
The transfer of goods between stores or warehouses must always be accompanied by this document. This will allow you to legally justify the products if you are approached by an agent. This must be issued as a complement to the Delivery Note. Find out more .
