The last important point emerged from both the interviews with the mayor and the questionnaires for citizens: both sides consider personal meetings indispensable. In municipalities with several hundred inhabitants, most people know each other well and what cannot be conveyed through an official notice board, they want to “touch” in person. So we logically thought: organize an informal meeting for citizens! It will be pleasant for all parties, you will hear and answer a lot of questions in a relatively short time and, as a bonus, you will strengthen the community.
We have added a lot of useful tips to the finland telemarketing communication strategy, such as how to manage Facebook and Instagram profiles, where to find useful free courses on the Internet, or examples of successful presentations by other municipalities. Although we realize that this is a long-term goal, we believe that the strategic vision will help municipalities become more welcoming and open.
