Sercomex: Better commercial services thanks to Óptima Group

Óptima Group is developing a project for the implementation and customization of a CRM solution for Sercomex, a company specializing in outsourced commercial management services. The company will fully migrate its current system, Goldmine Corporate, to Terrasoft CRM; telemarketing script tools will be designed and improved; its reporting systems will be optimized; and this will result in a higher quality of service for its clients.

Sercomex is a company based in Las Rozas (Madrid) that offers outsourced commercial management services to help its clients throughout the entire process or part of amazon data it, designing the strategy, action plans and providing its sales teams (telephone and sales managers). It works for companies in various sectors: financial, healthcare, ICT, advertising, marketing…

Since 2006, Óptima Group has been its technological partner in business management systems, and therefore has a very high level of knowledge of the company's operations, management and direction needs. Sercomex has once again trusted Óptima Group to carry out this project of implementation and customization of a new management solution that will involve more than twenty users from the Telephone Management, Sales and Direction departments.

Their current management system, Goldmine Corporate, was implemented by Óptima Group when it was a certified distributor of the tool. The first major challenge of the project will be the complete migration of this system to Terrasoft CRM, under Microsoft SQL Server. However, thanks to Terrasoft's development and data management tools, all data from the current system will be transferred to the new platform in its entirety and the information will be stored in a compartmentalized manner, to ensure the confidential treatment of data relating to each client.

This project, which will last approximately four months, will be the first step, as in the medium to long term it is intended to integrate all the company's processes with Terrasoft. Javier Anaya, manager of Sercomex, assures that "the new platform will significantly improve the operation of our Sales department, but also the quality of the service we provide to our clients, companies that outsource their commercial management and to which we provide different professional profiles. It will provide flexibility and adaptation to their business processes, and will significantly improve the reporting system that is carried out for clients, allowing us to analyse the information in real time and reorient daily management.
