It’s a great exercise that helps you identify areas to work on so that weaknesses become strengths, and threats become opportunities. Nobody is perfect, but the key is to be able to transform your weaknesses into strengths and your threats into opportunities. This is what differentiates you.
Your Mental Health is Important
One of the biggest challenges that marketers (and people) find in becoming their ‘best self’ is their minds. “Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, you’re right!” said Henry Ford. This saying rings true for everyone, but it is your mindset that sets you apart.
It’s natural to feel self-doubt or believe that something is out of reach, but if you shift your thinking and remove your thought-based constraints, everything is possible.
