Judea and Samaria District Commander Tafser Shiko Bar Dov recently completed a situation assessment ahead of the approaching storm "Carmel."
In assessing the situation, the district commander discussed the district's preparedness for the storm.
Among other things, the district commander ordered the reinforcement of the stations with rescuers from the Special Rescue Unit (Hilam)
